Cardone believes that its the consumer that controls the value of the dollar not the Fed.
Theyre not in control of monetary policy, the value of the dollar, he said.
The consumer is in control of how they use their money.
Ultimately, Cardone believes that the Fed has no utility to the consumer.
Theyve not made any of our lives better.
Interest rates will come down, he said.
You need lower interest rates.
The housing market would would improve overnight.
Animproved housing marketwould make rent more affordable as well, Cardone said.
You cant buy a house in this country all the housing numbers are awful, he said.
If I cant afford a house, Im going to rent.
That keeps rents up.
But going forward, rents are going to come down in 25 if Trump does his job.
