Southlake, Texas
In the Lonestar State, Southlake shines as the top suburb.
Just outside of Dallas, Southlake has a median income of a jaw-dropping $250,000.
Crime is low at 1,266 per 100,000 residents.
That makes it the most educated suburb on the list.
The crime rate is low at 330 per 100,000 residents.
Lexington dwellers will also enjoy 200 sunny days a year.
Garden City, Idaho
For something a little more affordable, check out Garden City.
The median rent is $1,132, and the market value for homes is $501,033.
The median income for Garden City residents is $61,548.
Plus, those living in this suburb will get an average of 209 sunny days a year.
Winchester is similar to Lexington in terms of median income for its residents, at $208,531.
Also like Lexington, crime is also low at 311 per 100,000 residents.
Of the people in Winchester, 77% have a bachelors degree.
Beverly Hills, California
The first West Coast suburb on the list is the famous Beverly Hills.
The housing market is the highest on the list at $3.56 million.
The median rent is $2,675.
The median income is $116,771, which is surprisingly low, considering the prices of homes.
Residents will also have to deal with a higher crime rate on the list at 4,874 per 100,000 residents.
But, theres that 278 sunny days a year to sweeten the deal.
The average house costs $265,122 and the median rent is $1,357.
The median income for Brentwood residents is $89,688 and 73% of them are employed.
