Based on the study, the Golden State has 19 of them, or 38% of the list.

Arizona is a distant second with six, followed by Florida with five and Colorado with four.

1 city on the list, as well as seven of the top 10.

The difference in the percentage of households earning over $100,000 was calculated over three- and one-year periods.

The cities were sorted to show the largest increase in cities where households earn over $100,000.
