The average single-family home value was sourced from Zillow Home Value Index for October 2024.
Using the average mortgage and average expenditure costs, the average cost of living was calculated.
The property crime and violent crime statistics were sourced from the FBIs Crime Data Explorer.

All the scores were summed and sorted to show the best places to live for young and wealthy residents.
